Reasons for Restrictions
Services are restricted in certain countries for the following reasons:
- International economic sanctions (OFAC, UN, EU) and export control regulations
- Payment processing restrictions imposed by our payment service providers
- Local regulatory requirements that we cannot currently comply with
- Risk management and fraud prevention measures

Special Regional Restrictions
In addition to the countries listed above, our services are also restricted in the following regions
- Crimea (Region of Ukraine)
- Donetsk (Region of Ukraine)
- Kherson (Region of Ukraine)
- Luhansk (Region of Ukraine)
- Zaporizhzhia (Region of Ukraine)
Note that these are regions within Ukraine and cannot be filtered in standard country selection dropdowns due to ISO 3166-1 limitations.
Impact on Users
Users in restricted countries will not be able to create accounts, subscribe to paid plans, or access our services. If you are currently in a restricted country but are a resident of an unrestricted country, please contact our support team.
